Vegetable Cheese Soup
Easy! Quick! and MMMM Good!

1 package Knorr dried vegetable soup
4 cups water
10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes
3/4 lb. Light Velvetta Cheese (it cleans up easier)
- Bring the soup and water to a rolling boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the Rotel tomatoes and continue cooking for another 5 more minutes.
- Cut the cheese into cubes and stir into the soup.
- Continue to cook and stir until all the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot with chips.
